You have the right to have data that we process based on your consent or in fulfillment of a contract automatically transferred to yourself or to a third party. The provision is made in a machine-readable format. If you request the direct transfer of the data to another responsible party, this will only be done to the extent technically feasible.
Right to Information, Correction, Blocking, Deletion
Within the framework of the applicable legal provisions, you have the right to receive free information at any time about your stored personal data, their origin, recipients, and the purpose of the data processing, and, if applicable, a right to correction, blocking, or deletion of this data. For this purpose and for further questions on the subject of personal data, you can contact us at any time using the contact details provided in the legal notice.

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content that you send to us as the site operator, our website uses SSL or TLS encryption. This means that data you transmit via this website cannot be read by third parties. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the "https://" address line of your browser and the lock symbol in the browser line.

Data transmitted via the contact form, including your contact details, will be stored to process your request or to be available for follow-up questions. This data will not be passed on without your consent.
Depending on the nature of the request, the legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR for inquiries that you make yourself as part of a pre-contractual measure or Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR if your inquiry is of another nature. If personal data is requested that we do not need to fulfill a contract or to protect legitimate interests, the transmission to us is based on your consent according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.
Data transmitted via the contact form will remain with us until you request deletion, revoke your consent to storage, or there is no longer a need for data storage. Mandatory statutory provisions - in particular retention periods - remain unaffected.

Additional data is not collected or is voluntary. The use of the data takes place exclusively for the dispatch of the newsletter.
The data provided during newsletter registration is processed exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can revoke your consent at any time. Data entered to set up the subscription will be deleted in the event of unsubscription. If this data has been transmitted to us for other purposes and at another point, it will remain with us.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies. These are small text files that your web browser stores on your end device. Cookies help us make our offering more user-friendly, effective, and secure.
Some cookies are “session cookies.” Such cookies are automatically deleted after your browser session. However, other cookies remain on your end device until you delete them yourself. These cookies help us recognize you when you return to our website.

Insofar as other cookies (e.g., for analysis functions) are set, they will be addressed separately in this data protection declaration.
Google reCAPTCHA
Type and Scope of Processing
We have integrated Google reCAPTCHA components on our website. Google reCAPTCHA is a service of Google Ireland Limited that allows us to distinguish whether a contact inquiry is made by a natural person or by automated processing using a program. When you access this content, you establish a connection to servers of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, whereby your IP address and possibly browser data, such as your user agent, are transmitted. Furthermore, Google reCAPTCHA records the length of stay and mouse movements of the user to distinguish automated inquiries from human ones. This data is processed solely for the aforementioned purposes and to maintain the security and functionality of Google reCAPTCHA.
Purpose and Legal Basis
The use of Google reCAPTCHA is based on your consent according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR and §25 para. 1 TDDDG. We intend to transfer personal data to third countries outside the European Economic Area, in particular to the USA. The data transfer to the USA takes place in accordance with Art. 45 para. 1 GDPR based on the adequacy decision of the European Commission. The involved US companies and/or their US subcontractors are certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF).
Storage Duration
The specific storage duration of the processed data is not controlled by us but is determined by Google Ireland Limited. Further information can be found in the Google reCAPTCHA privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en-US.
